This webinar offers practical guidance on engaging with families affected by domestic violence, including tips on implementing universal practices for interviewing intimate partners who are parenting; the importance of promoting attachment bonds between victimized partners and their children; and examining our unwitting alliances and collusion with abusive partners that may do further harm to children. Participants explore safety planning when domestic violence is identified, and how to gauge risk during the family’s involvement with the court team program.
