Strolling Thunder is back and we are “crying out” for change!
On May 17, 2022 ZERO TO THREE virtually connected babies and families from all 50 states and their Members of Congress to urge them to Think Babies. Families shared their experiences raising young children in 2022 and talked about the programs and policies they need to support their babies healthy development.
Thanks to @MarkWarner‘s office for checking in on babies and families during #StrollingThunder and for listening to the need for long-term #ChildCare investments that would support babies in VA like Muhab and their family. #ThinkBabiesandAct! pic.twitter.com/2w6cyvuakq

ZERO TO THREE also gave Congress a real-time way to “check in” on the future: a life-size baby monitor! The baby monitor cruised around Capitol Hill, making sure that Congress heard from real families, all across the country. We also visited some of the programs that make child care, IECMH and economic security a priority for babies’ development.
Little ones need big support! So, we visited some of the programs that make #ChildCare, #MentalHealth, & #EconomicSecurity a priority for babies’ development. Thanks @CampagnaCenter, @AdventistHC, @dcdiaperbank @diapernetwork for letting us stop by! #StrollingThunder #ThinkBabies pic.twitter.com/AzREZfX4cq
