How can mindfulness help your early childhood organization support the well-being and resilience of staff and promote the delivery of quality service for children and families? Join our three-part webinar series to find out. Together we’ll explore relevant mindfulness research and learn different strategies for applying mindfulness in different early childhood settings. We will introduce a new ZERO TO THREE resource, Getting Started with Mindfulness; A Toolkit for Early Childhood Organizations.

Part one will provide an overview of the mindfulness research and the special ways mindfulness can support early childhood practice. You will learn about existing research on the effects of mindfulness as it relates to well-being, resiliency and stress reduction; and increase understanding of how mindfulness practice supports specific goals of the early childhood field.
