Supporting Early Childhood Education Professionals (Part Two)

Presented by Sarah LeMoine and Kristen Greene from ZERO TO THREE & Mindy Bennett and Karen Ruprecht from Child Care Aware® of America.

Podcast: Listen on-the-go!

ZERO TO THREE and Child Care Aware® of America are excited to partner on a 3-part virtual event series for early childhood leaders—program and agency administrators, professional development providers, and others who support professionals working with very young children and their families. The series will focus on proactive leadership, relationship-based and reflective practice.

This second session explores how early childhood education leaders can implement relationship-based practices to support professionals’ motivation for learning, growth, and positive change. Presenters will share strategies that promote a diversity-informed, intentional approach to leadership in the early childhood education field.
