The ZERO TO THREE Fellowship has been cultivating leaders in early childhood for three decades and counting. The fellowship program is an intensive professional development program that brings together early childhood professionals from around the globe. For 32 years, our fellows have completed the program and taken what they’ve learned back into their fields to benefit infants and toddlers.

Goals and Objectives
An intense 18-month program that changes lives
The ZERO TO THREE fellowship program involves a written curriculum, six in-person gatherings, four intensive retreats and individual coaching with the program director. Fellows are supported financially to attend the fellowship program, with permission from their employer. Fellows learn as much from each other as they do from the curriculum. - Advocacy and public policy work
- How to develop strong program messaging
- How to increase parent engagement in programming
We seek individuals from diverse geographic locations, backgrounds, professions and populations to ensure our early childhood development leaders reflect the broad diversity of families and children whose lives they intend to change.
