Amber Rettke is the Practice and Field Operations Manager for Safe Babies at ZERO TO THREE.
Prior to joining ZERO TO THREE, Amber served as a Community Coordinator for Safe Babies in Tulsa, OK. Her professional experiences with advocacy, case management and developmental support in the hospital setting have provided a unique lens that is infused in her day-to-day work with Safe Babies and the multiple systems within the work. Amber is committed to supporting connection, stability and hope for all families with infants and toddlers. She has worked with several states and sites around the country to support the implementation of the Safe Babies approach and provide tailored and targeted offerings. With more than 19 years of experience in the field of child and family development, Amber approaches her work with curiosity, reflection and valuing everyone’s story. Amber holds a B.S. from the University of North Texas.
