Gwen Doland, MS, LMHC, CADC, IMH E® is the Substance Use Disorder Clinical Manager for Safe Babies at ZERO TO THREE.
A licensed mental health counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), and an endorsed Infant Mental Health Mentor-Clinical IMH-E®, Gwen offers over 20 years of experience working with young children and parents in various clinical settings including a long-term women and children’s substance abuse program, providing in-home services to families involved in the child welfare system, and as a clinician and clinical director in an outpatient mental health setting. She has worked with infants through the lifespan and provided evidence-based therapies while focusing on an integrative service approach including infant mental health, adult mental health, substance abuse treatment, peer recovery support, and intimate partner violence services. Gwen’s clinical practice, training, and partnership with families has given her a deeper understanding and passion for family’s needs and inspired her journey to the work she does as the Substance Use Disorder Clinical Manager with Safe Babies, a program of ZERO TO THREE.
