Julia Richards is the Senior Director, Professional Innovations
In this role, Julia contributes to the strategic planning and implementation of key division efforts and is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of ZERO TO THREE’s business operations. She leads teams who develop and support the Zero to Three Journal, the Bookstore, the Annual Conference, and the ZERO TO THREE Membership Program. Julia joined the staff in 1995 and has spent most of her career working to further ZERO TO THREE’s mission. She earned her CAE certification in 2018, and has a B.S. in Psychology from Wellesley College.
