As the Director of Strategic Initiatives, Lauren Donovan oversees the successful execution of ZERO TO THREE’s strategic communications plan and key communications initiatives. She collaborates with external stakeholders and departments across the organization to develop and maintain strategic plans and operational processes to achieve effective coordinated implementation.
Ms. Donovan brings over fifteen years of experience in project and team management as well as leadership training in the education and youth development fields. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Delaware.
