Tiara began her early childhood career in 2003 as a home visitor with Healthy Families Athens and now serves as program manager, overseeing First Steps and Healthy Families programs. A member of Healthy Families America’s Racial Equity and Cultural Humility Committee, she is also Brightpaths’ liaison to the board’s diversity committee. After earning her doctorate and working in the school system, she returned to Healthy Families, driven by her passion for supporting families and witnessing their success.
