Wallace’s primary focus is improving HR systems, processes, and operations. He oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and learning and development. He has more than 20 years of HR experience with a significant amount of his experience being gained in the global development arena.
Prior to Zero To Three, he served as the HR Operations Manager at the International Rice Research Institute in the Philippines, where he supported HR Operations for 15 country offices, transformed the talent acquisition function and implemented a more strategic approach to learning and development.
Wallace earned his B.A. in International Studies from George Mason University and his M.A. in Human Resources Management from Marymount University.
